Quality and Compliance Documents
Use the document that matches the legal entity, material grade and project scope. Our document archive includes management-system certificates, material compliance files and project quality records. The applicable version is confirmed for the quoted project.
Management systems
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 copies identify the certified entity and scope. Request the latest controlled copy and verify its validity date before supplier approval.
Material compliance
RoHS, REACH and grade datasheets are matched to the selected formulation and supplier record. They are reviewed for the specified material, rather than treated as blanket approval for every grade.
Project quality records
Agreed records can include material documentation, first-article results, dimensional inspection and batch or packaging identification.
The certificate images below are document references. Confirm the current issued copy, validity date and scope for the project under review.
How We Support Your Project
Before production, we review the information that affects cost, quality, and delivery. The quotation and manufacturing route are then based on the actual part requirements.
- Part review: drawing, 3D file, wall thickness, draft, ribs, inserts, and critical features.
- Material decision: resin family, reinforcement, moisture or heat exposure, appearance, and compliance needs.
- Process decision: prototype, CNC machining, 3D printing, rapid tooling, or production injection molding.
- Quality plan: inspection points, sample approval, material documentation, and packaging requirements.
Ready to discuss a part? Share a drawing or 3D file, material requirement, expected volume, and target date. We will review the manufacturing route and identify the questions that need to be resolved before quotation.

- Rapid Tooling
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Prototype Manufacturing
- Automotive Interior Components
For machined plastic parts, we review material grade, fixturing, tool access, wall thickness, and critical dimensions before production. This route suits prototypes, low-volume parts, and geometries that do not justify a mold. Final tolerance depends on material, geometry, and inspection method. Explore CNC plastic machining.
For design verification, fit checks, and early functional testing, we help select SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM, or another suitable process based on surface, strength, heat, and quantity. We confirm orientation, support strategy, anisotropy, and post-processing before quoting. Explore 3D printing.
For pilot runs and bridge production, we compare tooling material, expected quantity, part geometry, surface requirements, and the transition plan to production tooling. This keeps early samples useful for later manufacturing decisions. Compare tooling routes.
For metal brackets, housings, and supporting assemblies, we review material, thickness, bend sequence, hole tolerances, finish, and assembly requirements. We coordinate sheet metal work with plastic parts when a project needs a complete assembly. View manufacturing services.
We can combine 3D printing, CNC machining, vacuum casting, and rapid tooling to match the required prototype fidelity, quantity, and test purpose. The recommended route depends on whether you need visual review, fit validation, functional testing, or pilot parts. Explore prototype manufacturing.
For automotive interior programs, we review the required substrate, surface, comfort, appearance, assembly method, and validation stage before confirming the process scope. Project requirements are assessed with the OEM or Tier supplier documentation. View automotive applications.
