- Part drawing or 3D model, with critical dimensions and tolerance requirements.
- Material grade or the temperature, chemical, load, appearance and compliance requirements.
- Initial quantity, expected annual volume, target date and prototype or production intent.
- Surface finish, inserts, overmolding, testing, packaging or inspection reports.

Before You Submit
Is the initial project review free?
Yes. The initial consultation, DFM discussion, and quotation review are free. Production begins only after you approve the quotation and order scope.
What files should I upload?
For direct upload, use PDF, PNG, JPG, or GIF. Share the CAD format and file size in your message when the standard uploader does not accept STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, X_T, or STL files, and we will arrange the appropriate transfer method.
How fast can I get samples?
Timing depends on geometry, material, tooling route, and approval cycles. New injection molds commonly require about 4-6 weeks for T0 or T1 samples, subject to project review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Pilot and production quantities are reviewed according to the process route and part requirements. State your initial quantity and expected annual volume so we can compare prototype, rapid tooling, and production options.
